Roles – CONNECT/EVERTEL

Evertel permissions are role based.

Executive Role

Has all access permissions in Evertel.

  • Invite Users to Agency (any role)

  • Create Rooms – Add/remove users & adjust room settings of any room. Retract any user message.

  • View History Logs

  • View Usage Logs

  • Run Audits

  • Adjust Agency Settings

  • Manage Users – Adjust any user to any role

  • Manage Rooms – Join any room as a Member or Room Manager

Management Role

  • Invite Users to Agency (as Management or Employee role. Cannot invite user as an Executive)

  • Create Rooms – the room creator is a Room Manager by default. *Cannot add/remove users or adjust room settings if they are not a Room Manager. Can retract any user message.

  • Manage Users – Adjust user’s role (cannot change an Executive user’s role)

  • Manage Rooms – Access Mange Rooms Directory, but can only join a room that is not private as a Member (same as “Join Room”).

Employee Role

  • Join Rooms

  • Direct Message

  • Cannot invite users or create rooms. Employee Role can be made a Room Manager of any room.

Guest Role

  • View and post in the room/s in which they are a Guest. Cannot view rooms listed under “Join Rooms”

  • DM any user in the room/s in which they are a Guest

  • Cannot create an EverDoc. If made a Room Manager, can only post in Read Only room.

Room Manager

Users with the Management and Employee roles can be made the Room Manager of a specific room.

Room Managers can:

  • Add/Edit users in a room

  • Invite Guests

  • Share Room with another Agency

  • Adjust Room Settings
